About the role
ESS Clinical is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team in East Orange, NJ for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering and inspiring students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, tailored to their unique learning styles and abilities.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities in various academic subjects, social skills, and life skills, adapting teaching strategies to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress, adjust instructional approaches, and ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
- Valid NJ Teaching license (TOSD or Teacher of the Handicapped)
- Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferred but not required
- Certified special education W2 Speech Language Pathologist

Pay
Up to $60 per hour with guaranteed 32.5 hours per week.
