Position Details

Starting Pay: $45/hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Resource/Case Manager for students with special needs
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction
- Teach English Language Arts (ELA), Math, and Skills/Transition classes
- Develop and implement IEPs while monitoring student progress
- Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and related service providers
- Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment that promotes student growth and independence
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License
- Experience working with middle and/or high school students preferred
- Strong case management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students achieve academic and personal success
