Amergis Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time school-based opportunity in Aubrey, Texas. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students improve their communication skills, academic performance, and overall success in the educational setting. We are seeking a motivated clinician who enjoys collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student communication needs
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to maximize student success
• Support students in achieving academic, social, and functional communication goals

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and maintain required documentation

Pay

Up to $65 per hour
