Job Summary

Shema Kolainu – Hear Our Voices (SKHOV) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher ABA (EI) to provide high-quality education to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualized educational plans for children with ASD and related developmental disabilities. - Provide direct instruction and support to students in various settings, including schools, homes, and community-based locations. - Collaborate with parents, teachers, and therapists to ensure comprehensive support for students. - Conduct initial assessments, progress monitoring, and evaluations to inform educational planning and progress. - Stay up-to-date with best practices in autism education and related therapies. - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Special Education or related field. - Special Education Certification. - $65 - $80 HOURLY salary. - PART-TIME & FULL-TIME opportunities available. - 2 years of experience, with a strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. - Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with families, teachers, and therapists. - Flexibility to work in various settings, including schools, homes, and community-based locations.
