About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced educational leader to serve as the Principal for our K-12 school. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and high-achieving school culture. This role involves overseeing daily operations, instructional leadership, and community engagement to ensure the success of all students and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide instructional leadership to ensure a rigorous and engaging curriculum.
- Supervise and evaluate staff, fostering professional growth and development.
- Manage school operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and facilities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Engage with parents, community members, and stakeholders to build strong partnerships.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve academic outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Valid Michigan Administrator Certificate with a School Administrator endorsement.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and 3 years of administrative experience in a K-12 setting.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment, and data-driven instruction.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
