Special Education Teacher (3032)
Pay: $59,980 to $75,730 (based on MA teacher license level). Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for fully licensed applicants, $5,000 for applicants requiring a licensure waiver.

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Special Education Teacher to join a supportive, team-based educational environment serving at-risk youth. This role is ideal for both licensed teachers and aspiring educators who are eligible for licensure and seeking mentorship and professional development toward obtaining a Massachusetts teaching license.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver instruction aligned with MA Curriculum Frameworks and student needs
- Implement differentiated, hands-on instructional strategies
- Develop, implement, and maintain IEPs
- Participate in ISP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Support behavior plans and create a structured, safe classroom environment
- Supervise students and promote positive behavior using supportive strategies
