Special Education/Supervision Paraprofessional - 6.5 hours/day Afton-Lakeland Elementary

About the role
The paraprofessional will support students in the classroom and throughout the day, including at recess, lunch, and during specialist classes.
Requirements
To work as a Special Education Paraprofessional, you must meet the state requirement of being Highly Qualified before your start date. To be considered Highly Qualified, you must have ONE of the following:
- a Bachelor's Degree
- an Associate's Degree
- 60+ hours of post-secondary education
- a Passing Score on the ParaPro Exam
Please be prepared to submit documentation in support of your qualifications. (Acceptable documentation includes transcripts from the college or a copy of the ParaPro Exam report.)
Schedule
- 6.5 hours per day, Monday - Friday (student contact days)
- Start Date: 8/10/26
Pay
Starting rate is $21.00 per hour.
