• Copy of credential: Clear or Preliminary (Level 1 or Level 2) Mild to Moderate or equivalent
• Copy of English Learner Authorization (CLAD/EL or equivalent)
• Copy of transcripts showing evidence of a BA/BS degree
• Copy of CBEST and CSET
• 2-3 letters of recommendation
