- Compensation / Benefits: RAVE Clerical Association, Wage Group V - According to contractual agreement.
- Step 1 - $22.01/hour
- Step 2 - $23.36/hour
- Step 3 - $24.69/hour
- Employees in the paraprofessional classification receive a $1.00 per hour differential in addition to their hourly base rate.

District 196 is a Minnesota public school district of choice, serving more than 29,000 students and 160,000 residents in various cities and townships. It is the third largest school district in Minnesota and among the largest employers in Dakota County, with over 4,000 full- and part-time employees.
