Special Education Paraprofessional - $1,095 per week
About the Role
Zack Group is seeking a School Special Education Teacher and SPED Paraprofessionals for travel positions in Independence, Missouri. The roles start on 08/31/2026, with a duration of 40 weeks for the teacher position and a 5x8 days schedule for the paraprofessional role.
Responsibilities
- Provide special education services in a school setting.
- Support students with special needs as a paraprofessional.
Requirements
- Current state or equivalent compact license for the teacher position.
- Active License in hand for the paraprofessional position.
- At least 2 years of recent SPED Paraprofessional experience.
- Current Resume.
- Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for SPED Paraprofessional.
- 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker.
- Ability to pass background/urine drug screening.
Qualifications
- Active or Pending State License as an SPED Paraprofessional.
