We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Paraprofessional Information And Hiring Requirements (maybe about the role). Then Position Title, Department, Reports To, FLSA Status (metadata). Then Qualifications (list). Then Terms Of Employment (8 Hours/180 Days Support Staff Salary Scale (Grade 8)). Then General Summary (description). Then Essential Functions (list of duties). Then Supervisory Responsibility (brief). Then OTHER SKILLS And ABILITIES (list). Then Physical Demands, Work Environment, Evaluation, Disclaimer Statement, Nondiscrimination Policy (boilerplate to remove). We must remove boilerplate like EEO, nondiscrimination, disclaimer, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need sections: About the role (maybe from Paraprofessional Information And Hiring Requirements and Position Title etc). Responsibilities (Essential Functions). Requirements (Qualifications). Skills (OTHER SKILLS And ABILITIES). Benefits? Not present. Pay? Terms Of Employment includes salary scale but not explicit pay amount. It says Support Staff Salary Scale (Grade 8). That's not a specific pay figure; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does not give a numeric salary, just scale. Likely we should not create Pay section. Schedule? Terms Of Employment includes 8 Hours/180 Days. That's schedule info (hours per day, days per year). So we can create Schedule section with that info. Benefits? Not mentioned. So we omit Benefits. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add heading for "One to One Assistant, Special Education". We'll embed metadata maybe in a short

under About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information: include hiring requirements (60 college credit hours, associate degree or higher, passing score on ParaPro or ParaPathways Assessment). Also mention registration link? The posting says "Need the ParaPro or ParaPathways Assessment? Register HERE to take it at our Adult Education Center." That's substantive? It's a call to action but maybe considered application instruction? It's not exactly application instruction but it's a link to register for assessment. Might be considered part of requirements. We'll keep it as a note. Also include Position Title, Department, Reports To, FLSA Status as metadata. We need to avoid boilerplate: Nondiscrimination Policy, Disclaimer Statement, etc. We need to avoid duplication: The Qualifications section repeats similar to hiring requirements; we should combine. Let's structure:

    About the role

Position Title: One to One Assistant, Special Education. Department: Instructional Services. Reports To: Principal. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

Paraprofessionals must meet one of the following prior to hire: 60 college credit hours, an associate degree or higher, or a passing score on the ParaPro or ParaPathways Assessment (available at ETS.org). Register HERE to take the assessment at the Adult Education Center.

But we must not invent URLs; we can keep the text "Register HERE" as plain text (no actual link). The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep the phrase "Register HERE to take it at our Adult Education Center." as is.

    Requirements

But note that the hiring requirements already covered similar; we can keep both but avoid duplication. Might be okay.

We should not include Pay section because no specific pay. We must not include Benefits. We must not include Evaluation, Disclaimer, Nondiscrimination. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" sections are substantive; should we include them? The instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. Those sections have specific content. Should we include them? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It does not list Physical Demands or Work Environment. However we can still create sections with those headings? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive list. It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." This suggests we should use those headings for those types of content. It doesn't forbid other headings, but likely they want us to map content to those headings. Physical Demands and Work Environment could be placed under Requirements or Skills? Might be better to include them as separate sections with appropriate headings like "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment". However the instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but the examples are those. To be safe, we could incorporate Physical Demands and Work Environment into a "Requirements" or "Skills" section? But they are not exactly skills. Could create a section "Working Conditions" but not in list. Might be better to follow the instruction: only use those headings. So we should not create Physical Demands or Work Environment sections. Instead we could embed that information under "Requirements" or "Skills". However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Physical Demands and Work Environment into a "Requirements" section? But they are not requirements per se. Could add a "Working Conditions" subsection under Requirements? But we must not invent headings not listed
