Special Education Due Process Secretary / Student Support Clerk
Dual-role position: 7 hours/day (5.5 hours as Due Process Secretary and 1.5 hours as Student Support Clerk) on 10-month school-year schedule. Work hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Position begins at the start of the 2026-27 school year.

District 196 is a Minnesota public school district of choice serving more than 29,000 students and 160,000 residents in Rosemount, Apple Valley, Eagan, Burnsville, Coates, Empire, Inver Grove Heights, Lakeville, and Vermillion Township. The district operates 20 elementary schools, six middle schools, four high schools, an optional School of Environmental Studies, an Area Learning Center, a K-12 special education school, and a program for young adults ages 18-22. It also provides early childhood and Adult Basic Education services, plus extensive community education programs.

Pay
- Due Process Secretary (RAVE Clerical Association – Wage Group IV): $22.42 – $25.18 per hour (2026-27 contract)
- Student Support Clerk (RAVE Clerical Association – Wage Group VI): $21.53 – $24.16 per hour (2026-27 contract)
