We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. Need to extract content: Introduction (maybe not a heading? Could be "About the role"? The intro paragraph about mission could be "About the role" or maybe we treat as a paragraph without heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to those headings if appropriate. The posting includes: Introduction (mission), GRADE, Salary Range, LOCATION OF POSITION, POSITION DUTIES (list), Minimum Qualifications, Notes (substitutions), Selective Qualifications, Desired Or Preferred Qualifications, Special Requirements, SELECTION PROCESS, Benefits, Further Instructions (application instructions) which we should remove (application instructions, boilerplate). Also need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The Benefits section is present: "Benefits STATE OF MARYLAND BENEFITS". There's no detail of benefits besides that heading; but we should only include Benefits section if posting actually states them. It says "Benefits STATE OF MARYLAND BENEFITS". That's vague but it's stating benefits exist. Might be considered real content? It says "Benefits STATE OF MARYLAND BENEFITS". No detail. According to rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state "Benefits STATE OF MARYLAND BENEFITS". That's a statement but no detail. Might be considered placeholder? It says "STATE OF MARYLAND BENEFITS". Could be considered a heading with no detail. Probably we should omit Benefits because no specific benefits listed. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state Benefits heading but no details. Might be considered stating them (just the label). Safer to include Benefits section with maybe a

stating "State of Maryland benefits apply." But we must not invent detail. Could just put

State of Maryland benefits apply.

but that's adding info not in posting? The posting says "Benefits STATE OF MARYLAND BENEFITS". That is essentially saying benefits are provided per State of Maryland. We could capture that as a paragraph:

State of Maryland benefits apply.

That's summarizing but not inventing. Might be okay. Pay: Salary Range is given: $99,442 - $128,645 with progression to $156,822. Also note "State Salary Guidelines may apply for current State employees." So we should include Pay section with that info. Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit. Location: Could be part of "About the role" or separate? Not a standard heading; we could include location in a paragraph under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to include location in a paragraph under About the role (or maybe a separate section not in list). Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should fold location into About the role paragraph. Introduction: Could be About the role. Responsibilities: POSITION DUTIES list. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience). Could be Requirements. Qualifications: Could be Selective Qualifications, Desired Or Preferred Qualifications, Special Requirements? Might combine. Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we can omit. Better to have sections: About the role (intro + location + grade?), Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (selective, desired, special), Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's extract details: Introduction: "The Maryland State Department of Education is dedicated to supporting a world-class educational system that prepares all students for college and career success in the 21st century. With excellent stewardship from our divisions, we oversee State and federal programs that support the needs of a diverse population – students, teachers, principals, and other educators throughout Maryland." Grade: "GRADE Grade 22 Salary Range: $99,442 - $128, 645 with progression to $156, 822 State Salary Guidelines may apply for current State employees." Location: "LOCATION OF POSITION Nancy S. We must ensure no duplicate lines. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Please make sure that you provide sufficient information..." etc. We omitted selection process and further instructions. Check that we preserved all substantive info: Intro, grade, location, duties (all bullet points), minimum quals, notes (substitutions) we omitted notes! We missed the notes about substitutions. Need to include that content under Requirements or Qualifications. The notes are part of minimum qualifications alternatives. We should incorporate them. We have Requirements section with Education and Experience. We need to add notes about substitution options. Let's add a paragraph under Requirements: "Candidates may substitute a Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of the specified content experience; a Doctorate degree may substitute for one year of required experience; U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in Education Program classifications may be substituted year‑for‑year for required experience and education." Also mention that specific education and experience qualifications for each option are on record in HRMB. We should preserve that. Add to Requirements after experience paragraph. Also note about "The required field of education and experience are unique for each option and are established by MSDE..." etc. Let's incorporate.
