About the role
Support the management and coordination of audit activities within the team, ensuring timely completion of audits and effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Publish the monthly audit schedule to buyers and arrange urgent cases promptly.
- Create and maintain the quarterly audit schedule plan for existing vendors.
- Publish and adjust the audit schedule for auditors as needed.
- Monitor and track the team’s routine operations, including managing the Kaizen program and progress.
- Summarize audit data quarterly for the director.
- Assist in new hire orientation training.
- Maintain a public shared folder with audit references, documents, checklists, and project progress updates.
- Support internal compliance management and documentation, including periodic reviews and updates to compliance requirements.
- Participate in and support internal audits.
- Support the operation and management of the ethical sourcing program, retail pre-audit program, and other assigned projects, including:
- Managing the training plan and progress for suppliers.
- Maintaining, analyzing, and tracking data such as non-compliances and supplier records.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by direct or indirect report lines related to programs and team management/operations.
- Communicate with stakeholders to:
- Provide timely updates and information, including escalations.
- Reply to inquiries and address concerns.
- Coordinate actions as needed.
