Responsibilities

• Serves as primary UF Health St. Johns staff to support Nocatee Health Village weekend operations.
• Purchase office supplies and keep storage room stocked and organized.
• Maintain organizational files and documents.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate persons.
• Remains actively informed about programs, services, offerings and special events taking place.
• Adequately directs patients using directional tools and escorts visitors to their destination, when appropriate.
• Maintains proficiency on all Flagler Health+ health and wellness program offerings.
• Solids the building entrances to ensure they are functioning properly, secured when needed, and ensures comfortable, safe access.
• Solves problems responsibly and resolves conflicts in an appropriate and positive manner.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management within job scope.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Experience Requirements: 1 year of experience Medical Clerical/Administrative, Retail, or Membership Sales
• Preferred Experience: 2 years customer service in a health setting, retail, or membership sales experience preferred.
• This position requires a Level 2 background screening.
