Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the API Framework and Control Plane SCRUM team, overseeing the execution environment for all API modules and providing developers with an abstracted cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage BD Incada™ regions and tenants, overseeing client Incada™ modules, and enabling the safe, automated continuous delivery of these modules.
  • Lead the client Analytics team which is a Cloud based solution utilizing AWS technology that provides customizable data visualizations for key metrics with integrated filters and search.
  • Provide the ability for customers to make a copy of live boards/pinboards and save with updated parameters, along with providing access to curated data sets for data exploration and customization.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Jira tools, In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements related to product development, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, Detail-Oriented, Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address issues in documentation and validation processes, Critical Thinking Ability to assess complex situations, develop effective remediation plans, and implement solutions that enhance compliance and efficiency, Communication and Collaboration: Team Collaboration, Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fosters a collaborative and cooperative work environment, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely, Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, quality assurance, and IT, to ensure that remediation efforts are aligned with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • 6+ years working in a government-regulated, healthcare/medical device environment (working in compliance with 21 CFR 820.30, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485).
  • Experience in highly government-regulated, healthcare/medical device environment.
  • Aptitude to contribute to strategic goal setting for department/business unit.
  • Aptitude to manage conflict.
  • Effective writing, speaking, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to manage others and set priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience working with matrixed resources within assigned programs and/or projects.
  • Solid understanding of software development work, practices, and culture.
  • Experience in delivering products within an end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Practical knowledge and application of Agile software development principles.
  • Drives the consistency of departmental Agile practices.
  • Understanding of and experience in stage-gate or similar innovation management process.
  • Skilled in meeting facilitation, action item traction and follow up.
  • Ability to use Jira.
  • Ability to use Confluence.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) desired.
  • Certified SCRUM Master Certification (CSM) desired.
