About the role
The mission of Chem-Aqua is to deliver high-quality, dependable, and cost-effective pretreatment and chemical feed systems that require minimal installation time and technical expertise from both our sales team and customers. Our primary focus and revenue source lie in the sale of water treatment chemicals.
Responsibilities
- Install, setup, and commission water purification equipment including water softeners, filtration, reverse osmosis (RO), deionization (DI) and critical water distribution systems.
- Interact professionally with clients and Chem-Aqua representatives to address concerns, provide technical advice, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the commissioning process.
- Perform testing, validation, and calibration of equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Provide training on the proper operation and maintenance of water purification systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to water purification systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
- Provide ongoing support and preventive maintenance services to ensure optimal performance and longevity of installed equipment.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of critical water purification systems.
- In-depth understanding of water purification systems, including Water Softeners, Filtration, Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Deionization (DI) systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to water treatment equipment and systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare staff, facility management, and equipment manufacturers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to system installation, maintenance, and repair, including pressure gauges, multi-meters, and calibration tools.
Qualifications and Capabilities
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
- Good depth perception and ability to distinguish different colors.
- Sufficient hearing to hear verbal and audible signals at a moderate distance.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively manage client relationships, address concerns, and provide training and support to facility staff as needed.
