Responsibilities
- Operate lift truck
- Ensure accuracy of pallet counts
- Remove and replace pallets
- Enter production data
- Aid in startup and shutdown processes
- Assist other operators during shifts
- Participate in general clean-up and maintenance
- Maintain awareness of finishing line operations
- Set up box-forming equipment for different box sizes
- Monitor supply levels
- Communicate defects and issues to relevant teams
- Aid in changeover procedures
- Use hoists/cranes as necessary
- Inspect and sort off-quality items
- Fix jams on the line
- Aid with changing parts on the line
Experience/Education Requirements
- LTO-certified experience preferred
- High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred
Other Requirements
- Overtime may be required occasionally
- Perform additional duties as assigned
