• After school, 2.75 hours per day
• Positions available are 2-days/week and 4-days/week

Wages

$32.60 per hour

Starting Date

As soon as possible, with pre-service orientation prior to start.

About the role

The Afterschool Instructor will generally work with sessions of 15 students or less and will plan and deliver engaging, hands-on academic enrichment activities that align with school-day learning and support student achievement. Site leaders will assist the Afterschool Instructor in creating appropriate program session activities and projects based on student interest and program goals.

Qualifications

• Valid teaching certificate required
• Experience working with students in corresponding grade levels
• Experience in differentiating instruction and leading project-based academic activities
• Positive classroom management
• As a condition of employment employee must pass a criminal background check
