Responsibilities

• Residential and move-out cleaning
• Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces
• Dusting, detailing, and maintaining high cleaning standards
• Following SD Sparkle checklists and procedures
• Working independently or with a small team

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to clean and stay active for several hours
• Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
• Able to follow instructions and checklists
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we are happy to train the right person

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
