Sparkle Specialist

Pay: $20–$25/hour based on performance & reliability

Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Primarily weekdays

Location: San Diego County | Travel between homes required

About the role

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Sparkle Specialists to join our team! We’re not just looking for someone who can clean. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things, shows up when they say they will, and enjoys leaving a home looking and feeling amazing. We provide the training, supplies, equipment, and clear standards. You bring the reliability, positive attitude, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes and move-out properties
• Prepare short-term rentals (Airbnb) for the next guest
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and common areas
• Dust, detail, and take care of the little things others might miss
• Follow SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists
• Work independently or alongside a small team
• Help create a clean, comfortable space our clients love coming home to

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual — this is HUGE for us!
• Someone who takes pride in a job well done
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable being on your feet and cleaning for several hours
• Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
• Willing to learn and follow our systems
• Positive attitude and good communication
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required! We’ll train the right person.
