Tutor Doctor Arizona is seeking dedicated educators to deliver personalized, in-home instruction for students with diverse learning needs across the East Valley. The ideal candidate will enjoy flexible scheduling, work one-on-one with students, and make a real difference in their lives.

Position Details

• Locations: Ahwatukee, Tempe, Chandler, and Gilbert
• Hrs: 4–10 hours per week, based on your availability
• Cmpny: $18–$27/hr (contract position) + performance bonuses

What We're Looking For

• Experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentorship
• Fluent in Spanish or native speaker
• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred
• Strong communicator who can engage students and collaborate with parents and caregivers
• Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes
• Genuine passion for fostering confidence and academic growth in students with diverse learning needs
