Spanish Translator

About the Role

Our Translation team ensures clear communication in both written and spoken conversations. As an Interpreter, you will facilitate communication between non-Spanish speaking adjusters and Spanish-speaking clients, respond to urgent translation requests, and support the team in meeting deadlines during non-busy hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert digital and spoken material between English and Spanish.
• Respond to urgent requests from adjusters for translation support.
• Complete deadline tasks, including voicemails, scanning/uploading mail, and processing monthly checks.
• Contribute to team growth by providing suggestions to improve workload management.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in translating between English and Spanish.
• Ability to convert conversations promptly after receiving a prompt.
• Proficiency in multitasking and working with multiple screens/tabs simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and understanding in team meetings/conversations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage diverse communication needs smoothly.

This is an in-office position.
