About the role

St. Albert the Great School is accepting applications for a Full Time or Part Time Spanish Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.

If the position is offered, the candidate will be required to complete the “Protecting God’s Children” training through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Additional information regarding this training can be found here.

Responsibilities

• Teach Spanish language and culture to students in grades K-8
• Develop lesson plans and materials aligned with curriculum standards
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to support classroom instruction
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Spanish
• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate
• Experience teaching Spanish at the elementary level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
• Ability to integrate technology into the classroom
• Passion for education and a commitment to Catholic values
