About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Spanish teacher to join our dedicated staff beginning at the start of the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching high school-level Spanish and be familiar with the curriculum and requirements.
- Serve as a homeroom mentor to a small group of students
- Fulfill out-of-classroom supervisory duties as assigned
- Opportunity to moderate student clubs, organizations, or honor societies
- Participate in monthly department meetings and school-wide events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred
- Prior teaching experience, high school-level languages preferred
- Ability to utilize educational technology (Chromebooks, Google Classroom, etc.) and incorporate these technologies into classroom delivery and assignments
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to receive and implement feedback
- Skilled at communicating and working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives
Pay
Salary range: $50,328 – $67,175, commensurate with degree and experience.
