We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have Starting Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 /year based on experience => Pay section. Environment: Alternative Education Program, Grades 9-12 => maybe part of About the role. Teaching Specialty: Spanish => maybe part of About the role. The posting includes a description about organization, role, responsibilities list, qualifications list, perks and benefits list. No explicit Schedule. So we will include sections: About the role (maybe combine intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (maybe we can extract skills from qualifications?), Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like copyright, EEO, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, application instructions. The posting includes a link and some promotional text; we should keep substantive info but can drop promotional fluff? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we keep the description about organization, role, responsibilities, qualifications, perks and benefits, salary. We should not include the link? It's not boilerplate; it's a link to learn more; maybe considered promotional but still substantive? Might be considered navigation? It's a link to learn more about history; could be considered extra but not boilerplate. Safer to keep it? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The link is not those; it's a reference. Might keep as part of About the role paragraph. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section we have specific salary range, so include. Schedule: not present, so omit. We need to decide which headings to use: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly combine Requirements and Qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications Required:" list. That's qualifications. Could also treat as Requirements. We'll have Qualifications section. Skills maybe we can extract from qualifications: "Advanced oral and written communication, instruction, curriculum, conflict resolution, multitasking, problem solving, and decision-making ability." Also "Knowledge of relevant technology including experience with instructional technology, Microsoft Office Suite, database entry and basic office equipment." That could be skills. We'll create Skills section with those items as list. Benefits: list from "Perks and Benefits Include:" we will list each benefit as

  • . Need to preserve all. About the role: include the introductory paragraph(s) describing organization, role, environment, teaching specialty. We'll combine into a

    maybe multiple

but okay. We must not repeat job title as heading. No job title heading. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same sentences. Let's extract content. Copyright © 2026 ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education, a ChanceLight® company *Benefit plans and eligibility requirements may vary based on role and employment status. We need to strip out the emojis and special symbols like 🚩, 🏫, 👩🏻‍🏫, 📲, 💻, 💙, etc. Also remove the copyright line and the note about benefit plans may vary (that's boilerplate? It's a disclaimer; maybe considered legal boilerplate; we should remove). Also remove the "If you're ready..." promotional fluff? It's not boilerplate but maybe considered application instructions? It's a call to action; could be considered application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. That line is more like a motivational call; but could be considered application instruction? Safer to remove promotional fluff like "If you're ready..." and "Join us..." etc. However we need to preserve substantive information; that is not substantive about the job. So we can remove those sentences. Also remove the "Learn more about our history..." link? That's not boilerplate but maybe considered navigation? It's a link to learn more; could be considered extra but not required. Might keep as part of About the role? It's a link; but we can keep as plain text URL? The instruction says remove navigation; a link could be considered navigation. Safer to remove that sentence. Also remove the "At ChanceLight we believe..." paragraph? That's promotional fluff; could be considered not substantive. Might remove. We need to keep: Starting Salary line, Environment line, Teaching Specialty line, the description about organization and role (first paragraph after those lines), Responsibilities list, Qualifications list, maybe the line about Ombudsman being a division etc (that's substantive about organization). Also the line about 50 years etc (substantive). Keep those. We'll produce sections:

But we need to incorporate Environment and Teaching Specialty maybe within that paragraph: "Environment: Alternative Education Program, Grades 9-12" and "Teaching Specialty: Spanish". Could embed. We'll include them in the paragraph. Now Responsibilities: list each duty as
