Spanish Teacher

Responsibilities

• Create, design and implement lesson plans
• Manage students as they learn, play, eat and sleep
• Keep classroom organized and clean
• Observe children's interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum
• Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various means

Requirements

• Have a passion for early childhood education
• Be fluent in Spanish and love teaching children the language
• Be reliable and dependable
• Be fun, engaging, patient and flexible

Qualifications

• Have a CDA or ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework
• Have minimum of 1-year field-related experience
• Be flexible to work hours based on the needs of the school and program
• Pass a successful background check and meet VA licensing standards

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is between $16.00+ per hour. The pay range listed here is what LLE Group in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
