Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction to primary/junior/elementary students in alignment with ISP’s educational principles and curriculum standards.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes student wellbeing and academic success.
• Identify and address potential safeguarding and health & safety concerns, following up on all issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the broader school community to support student development and school improvement.
• Engage in continuous personal and professional development to enhance teaching practices and contribute to school-wide goals.

Requirements

• Commitment to ISP’s safeguarding principles; all post holders are subject to appropriate vetting procedures, including an online due diligence search, references, and satisfactory Criminal Background Checks or equivalent covering the previous 10 years’ employment history.
• Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that values diversity, equity, and belonging.
• Strong instructional skills and experience working with primary/junior/elementary-aged students.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Teaching certification or qualification appropriate for primary/elementary education.
• Experience teaching in an international or multicultural school setting is preferred.
