About the role
This position involves designing and delivering learning experiences for students in a grade level and/or content area. The incumbent will organize and facilitate the learning process using evidence-based instructional practices and applicable technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver learning experiences aligned with the Colorado Academic Standards.
- Organize and facilitate the learning process using evidence-based instructional practices and technology.
- Participate in a community of learning to develop and refine knowledge and skills for the academic, civic, social, and emotional success of students.
- Evaluate student progress, make appropriate adjustments, and communicate student progress.
- Collaborate, reflect, and grow to improve learning opportunities for students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- Colorado teaching license.
- Experience in a professional learning environment.
- Knowledge of the Colorado Academic Standards.
- Ability to establish a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience teaching special education or career and technical education (CTE) classes.
- Willingness to teach concurrent enrollment or CTE classes.
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies.
- Knowledge of instructional practices and technology integration.
- Ability to establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.

$52,800.00 - $85,242.00 (Based on education and experience at 100% FTE)
Schedule
Full-time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours per day
