Spanish (Spain) Professional Voice Actor
We are hiring Castilian Spanish Voice Actors to work directly with a leading AI lab, improving their model's ability to handle and produce audio data. Professional experience in voice acting is greatly preferred but not required. People with speaking and audio experience through music, television, podcasts, Twitch streaming, comedy, YouTube, radio, or other related fields are welcome. Applicants must be native speakers of Castilian (European) Spanish, born and raised in Spain, and proficient in English to ensure proper communication during the project.
Compensation
Pay ranges from $35 – $250 per hour. Participants are paid $250 USD per finished hour, based on the length of submitted audio.
Project Logistics
- Commit between 2–10 hours per week.
- Rolling start – onboarding begins once your contract is accepted and ID verification clears.
- Availability required for a kickoff call.
Requirements
- Ability to speak in a “customer service” voice – neutral to upbeat tone, clear enunciation, consistent pacing.
- Close attention to punctuation, commas, and dashes; record transcripts exactly as written or edit them to reflect natural pacing.
- Professional audio recording setup: a home studio with a professional‑grade microphone, soundproofing, an audio interface, a pop filter, and editing software for post‑production.
- Submissions must be WAV, 44.1 kHz, mono, with under one second of silence at the start and end, and no audible breathing.
- Proficient English speaker for project communication.
