Spanish Language Linguist / Translator

Primary Job Duties

• Provide Spanish-language simultaneous and consecutive interpretation for meetings and operational coordination.
• Provide written translation and review of analytic, operational, and intelligence products.
• Provide interpretation support at the General/Flag Officer and Senior Executive Service (SES) level.
• Operate Sennheiser (or equivalent) interpretation equipment.
• Translate technical documents containing military, intelligence, and law enforcement terminology.
• Maintain engagement records and translation/interpretation activity logs.
• Assist in the development of intelligence planning, intelligence systems architecture requirements, and intelligence training.

  Minimum Requirements

  • Active Top Secret US Government Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS SCI).
  • Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by and recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Minimum Level 4 (Full Professional Proficiency) in both reading and speaking, as measured by the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT), Foreign Service Institute (FSI) scale, or equivalent Government-recognized assessment.

  Compensation Details

  $70,000 - $120,000
