Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet all guests with a hearty "Welcome to Moe's" when they enter the restaurant
• Providing prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests
• Handling guest complaints in a timely manner, inquiring about the quality of a guest's dining experience, thanking guests and inviting them to return
• Keeping the restaurant clean and appealing for all guests
• Maintaining high food quality and safety standards
• Participating in Tip sharing each payroll

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards
• Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and inventory calculations
• Familiarity with Qu or similar systems is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed within the kitchen and service areas
