Spanish Bilingual Sales Representative

Our contact centers utilize advanced technologies to enhance customer journeys, drive scalability, and reduce costs. We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Sales Representative who can engage with Spanish- and English-speaking customers, promote products and services, and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls in Spanish and English.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Build rapport and trust with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Upsell and cross-sell offerings based on customer profiles and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team spirit.
- Preferred 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based systems.
- Experience working with diverse customer bases.
Conditions of Employment

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
