Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently
• Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
• Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
• Apply data entry skills as needed
• Respond to online chat inquiries
• Problem-solve creatively
• Manage time and tasks effectively
• Pass required exams for certification
• Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
• Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
• Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
• Minimum Internet Speed of 100 mb/s with ethernet
• Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
• Not compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
• Not compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Qualifications

• Essential responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, application data entry, and responding to online chat inquiries
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates are key
• Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required
• Must pass required exams for certification
• Must adhere to regulated guidelines for communications
• Essential computer skills and high levels of comfort with new technology are required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
• Self-motivation and success-driven attitude are essential
