Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist -2nd Shift

About the role

Our Customer Service Specialist supports HSN, helping answer inbound customer calls. Working from home, our Specialists assist customers by problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations, promote products, and improve sales while maintaining a high-paced call volume.

This role is remote; job seekers must reside in Virginia or an approved state.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
• Offer additional products on each customer interaction.
• Assist Spanish and English-speaking customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller.
• Handle calls that may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.
• Work a set full-time schedule that includes weekends.

Requirements

• Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment.
• 12 months or more of customer service experience.
• Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of styles.
• Navigate multiple systems and screens.
• Provide your own Microsoft 11 computer and additional required equipment following HSN computer system requirements.
• Troubleshoot your own technical problems (partner with IT when needed).
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.

Pay

$15.00 per hour, plus $0.60 bilingual differential. Additional shift differential and incentives may apply where applicable.
