We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro about Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) description: "Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) is the new captive finance company for one of the world's leading automakers and mobility providers, supporting iconic brands including Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Jeep®, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, Ram, Vauxhall, Free2move, and Leasys. Our exciting growth provides opportunities to advance your career as we successfully lead products and services from a small to midsize company in just a few years. Join our world-class team and culture and contribute to our core mission of enhancing our customers' experience." That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is for role description. The intro is about company, but we could treat it as "About the role" maybe? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have an "About the role" section summarizing the role description (position summary). The "Position Summary" paragraph: "The Space & Workplace Experience Planner is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for optimizing workplace environments across a national facilities portfolio. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support space planning, workplace design, and real estate initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the employee experience. The Planner delivers data-informed, scenario-based solutions that align with business growth, occupancy strategies, and evolving workplace needs. This position plays a critical role in translating organizational requirements into scalable, well-executed space and workplace strategies across multiple sites." That's the role summary. Then "Essential Duties & Responsibilities" list bullet points. Then "Required Experience" bullet points. Then "Education" bullet point. Then "Required Skills" bullet points (actually they list Overtime required..., Travel up to 10-20%, Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following locations: list). That's more like requirements/skills. Then "Preferred Qualifications" bullet list. Then "Physical Demands" paragraph. Then "Work Environment" paragraph. Then "Work Schedule" paragraph. Then EEO boilerplate to remove. We need to map to sections: - About the role: could include company intro + position summary? Probably just position summary. But we can include company description as part of About the role? The instruction: "About the role" heading. We'll put the position summary there. - Responsibilities: the Essential Duties & Responsibilities list. - Requirements: could combine Required Experience, Education, Required Skills (like overtime, travel, location). But we need to decide sections: Requirements (maybe experience and education), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe required skills like overtime, travel, location). However the instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. We have: - Responsibilities: yes. - Requirements: we have Required Experience (5 years experience, proficiency with tools, experience supporting hybrid models, strong communication etc). Also Education (high school diploma or equivalent). That could go under Requirements. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (Bachelor's degree, certifications, familiarity with lease admin, etc). That's qualifications. - Skills: Required Skills (Overtime required on as-needed basis, Travel up to 10-20%, Must have reliable transportation and live within commutable distance to one of the following locations: list). Also maybe "Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills" already in Required Experience; but we can still include skills section for overtime/travel/location. - Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. No benefits details. So we should NOT include Benefits section. - Pay: Not mentioned. So no Pay section. - Schedule: Work Schedule paragraph: "This position requires flexibility to accommodate business needs. Typical hours are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed. Travel is required up to 20% of the time." That's schedule info. So we include Schedule section. We also have Physical Demands and Work Environment. Those are not in the allowed headings list. Should we include them? The instruction says use headings from the list; we should not create other headings. However we could incorporate that info into existing sections like Responsibilities or Requirements? But they are not duties. Could we put them under a generic section? Not allowed. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should stick to those? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not add Physical Demands or Work Environment sections. We could incorporate that info into maybe Responsibilities or Requirements? But it's not exactly duties. Could we put them under a "Requirements" as part of job requirements? Physical demands could be considered a requirement. Work environment could be under Responsibilities? Not ideal but we need to preserve all substantive information. We could add a short paragraph under Requirements about physical demands and work environment. That would preserve info. Similarly, we have "Work Schedule" already. We must not include boilerplate like EEO. Now we need to format lists: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. Thus: - About the role:

    About the role

... (position summary maybe plus company intro?). We'll include position summary only? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can include company description as part of About the role? It's not the job title. It's okay. But we need to preserve all substantive information. The company intro is substantive. So we should include it. Let's include both company description and position summary in About the role. Thus About the role: combine the intro paragraph(s) and position summary. We'll produce:

    About the role

Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) is the new captive finance company for one of the world's leading automakers and mobility providers, supporting iconic brands including Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Jeep®, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, Ram, Vauxhall, Free2move, and Leasys. Our exciting growth provides opportunities to advance your career as we successfully lead products and services from a small to midsize company in just a few years. Join our world-class team and culture and contribute to our core mission of enhancing our customers' experience. The Space & Workplace Experience Planner is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for optimizing workplace environments across a national facilities portfolio. This position plays a critical role in translating organizational requirements into scalable, well-executed space and workplace strategies across multiple sites.

Now Responsibilities: list of duties. We'll create

    Responsibilities

Duties list: - Conduct space utilization studies and recommend layout and occupancy improvements to optimize workspace efficiency and support hybrid work strategies. - Develop, maintain, and update master space plans for existing and planned locations across the portfolio. - Support long-term strategic planning through scenario modeling for headcount growth, capacity needs, and workplace design options. - Analyze capacity and utilization data to inform real estate strategies, space optimization, and expansion decisions. - Coordinate and manage small to mid-sized facility projects, including reconfigurations, renovations, and office relocations, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets. - Track project milestones, vendor performance, and costs; maintain dashboards and prepare executive-level updates as required. - Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Security, Real Estate, and Facilities to ensure seamless project execution and business continuity. - Perform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs and organizational priorities. Now Requirements: include Required Experience, Education, maybe Physical Demands and Work Environment? We'll decide to put Physical Demands and Work Environment under Requirements as they are job requirements. Thus Requirements section:

    Requirements

    then we could have a

for prose? But we have list items for experience and education. Could combine into

for experience and education items, plus maybe a

for physical demands and work environment. But instruction: Use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So for requirements list we use

. For physical demands and work environment we can use

          . Thus:

          Requirements

          • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities planning, space optimization, workplace strategy, or related project management roles.
          • Demonstrated proficiency with space planning and workplace management tools such as OfficeSpace, Serraview, FM:Systems, AutoCAD, or other Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).

          Now Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list.

          • Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent preferred.

          • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com.
Now Skills: Required Skills (Overtime, Travel, Location). Also maybe we could include "Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills" but that's already in Requirements. We'll keep skills as overtime/travel/location. Thus:

          Skills

          • Overtime required on an as-needed basis.
          • Travel up to 10-20% as required.
          • Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following locations: Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Phoenix, AZ; Houston, TX; Atlanta, GA.
