Space Vehicle Bus Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of space-based systems to deliver resilient, affordable, and sustainable space capabilities
• Develop your skills in developing and acquiring space systems
• Gain experience with delivering sustained, reliable communications capabilities to America's warfighters and our allies
• Merge space vehicle development and acquisition to develop client solutions
• Assess technical designs and test programs

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing
• 10+ years of experience with systems engineering, planning, development, integration, and testing of space vehicle subsystems
• 5+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, such as SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR, or TRR
• Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
• Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
