Space Systems IT & Mission Engineering Support
About the role
GDIT is seeking qualified candidates to support an upcoming U.S. Space Force (USSF) program in Albuquerque, NM. HADES is a mission-critical satellite ground system engineering, development, integration, and sustainment program supporting the Space Systems Command (SSC).
Responsibilities
- Supports the design, development, integration, and sustainment of satellite ground systems.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure mission success.
- Responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing systems and developing new capabilities.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Secret clearance, up to a TS/SCI. Active TS/SCI highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in space systems, satellite ground systems, space command and control, or related fields.
- BA/BS (preferred).
Qualifications
- Enterprise IT, Satellite Ground Systems, System Integration.

- BA/BS (preferred) and 5+ years of experience (years of experience required will vary depending on position level).

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
