Space Electronic Warfare (EW) Counterspace Analyst

About the role

Astrion is seeking a SPACE ELECTRONIC WARFARE (EW) COUNTERSPACE ANALYST with 8+ years of space operations experience, including work at both tactical/squadron and Staff/Higher Headquarters levels. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), proficiency in Briefing Senior DoD Leadership, Technical Writing, and Microsoft tools, and a TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Providing SAP support to EW capability deliveries
• Conducting detailed EW system analysis and developing program courses of action
• Providing recommendations on doctrinal, organizational, training, operational testing, personnel assessment, facility needs, and other solutions
• Supporting command-level force generation, presentations, employment, and sustainment of operations units
• Drafting systems and operations concepts in support of EW capability deliveries
• Assisting Space Operations Command weapon system leads in creating General Officer-level briefings
• Coordinating with various program offices, operations units, requirements offices, mission partners, and other organizations to ensure the delivery of Electromagnetic Warfare systems

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess a TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility. Additional space operations/Orbital Warfare experience may be considered in lieu of education. Highly proficient in Briefing Senior DoD Leadership, Technical Writing, and Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

• 8+ years of space operations experience
• Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)
• TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility

• Proficiency in Microsoft Tool Suite (PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel)
• Experience in Orbital Warfare and/or Electromagnetic Warfare
• Previous SAP experience
• Counter-intelligence polygraph
