Spa Sales Associate Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal membership sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Welcome and greet members and guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures and file maintenance
• Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude
• Work as a team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Zenoti (training provided), and basic accounting principles
• Able to work flexible days and hours, including weekends
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask while focusing on guests
