Spa Sales Associate

Hand and Stone is looking for a Spa Sales Associate to join our team. You are a critical link in ensuring that our client's experience in our spa is outstanding. If you are a friendly and outgoing person looking to build your client-facing skills and gain valuable sales experience, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Welcome and greet members and guests upon arrival
• Answer phones and book appointments
• Sell Lifestyle Membership Program, gift cards, and service upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures and file maintenance
• Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, spa software (will train), and basic accounting principles
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask while focusing on the guest
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
