Spa Sales Associate

About the role

Hand and Stone in Hackensack is seeking Spa Sales Associates. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!

Qualifications and Requirements

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and enhancements
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and esthetics
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Spa Software (will train)
• Excellent personal appearance
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Pay

$18.00 per Hourly Wage + Commission. Compensation range: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible schedules available. Night and weekend availability is a MUST.
