Spa Sales Associate

Welcome and Greeting

• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones and assist with client check-in/check-out while providing exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Educate clients to sell memberships, service enhancements, products and gift cards by phone or in person
• Follow proper Spa procedures, booking protocol and payment processing
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Support Massage Therapists and Estheticians to ensure smooth business operations
• Perform various other spa responsibilities

Knowledge of Microsoft Office with Spa scheduling Software a plus and a customer service background

1 years of spa experience preferred, Hand and Stone experience a plus

Ability to be a self-starter and multi-task with ease all while focusing on the overall customer experience

Team player with positive, outgoing, confident and enthusiastic attitude

Professional personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills

Available to work evening hours and weekends

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and meet spa goals

Reliability, timeliness and a high level of professionalism are a must
