Spa Sales and Guest Service Associate

About the role

We're a membership spa. Closing memberships at the desk is the job — not a side task. Gift-card season is one of our biggest sales months, and this role owns that push with the team.

Responsibilities

• Hit membership, gift-card, and retail sales goals — and close intro guests into members
• Drive gift-card sales year-round, with a big push in our peak gift-card month
• Build real relationships with guests — warm, sharp, and personal
• Work the numbers: track goals, conversion, and your own paycheck upside
• Help run the spa's social media (posts, stories, local engagement) under manager approval
• Run the front desk: phones, booking, check-in, and spa standards

Requirements

• Proven sales or closing experience (retail, membership, hospitality, or similar)
• Strong people skills and a confident, friendly presence
• Comfort with numbers and goals
• Hands-on social media skills to help grow our Instagram / Facebook / TikTok (show us examples)
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+
• Flexible for evenings and weekends (Mon–Sat 9am–9pm, Sun 10am–6pm)

Pay

Starting at $16/hour plus membership benefits and performance bonuses.
