Responsibilities
- Assist guests with retail product inquiries and provide recommendations based on individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of retail inventory and train team members on product features, benefits, and brand offerings.
- Conduct and reconcile monthly inventory counts for both the Retail Boutique and The Spa.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with retail vendors and brand partners.
- Prepare and distribute monthly retail sales reports to vendors.
- Create and submit retail purchase orders through the BirchStreet purchasing system.
- Train and support team members in the use of the Book4Time software system.
- Cross-train within Spa operations and provide operational support as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability and presentation standards.
- Support the achievement of retail sales goals through excellent guest service and product knowledge.
Requirements
- 1+ years of service industry or retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
- Flexible schedule- availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
