Spa Retail Associate - Part-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests as they enter the store
• Assess guests' needs
• Work with cash registers and process payments
• Achieve sales goals
• Communicate about sales and promotions
• Use upselling techniques to increase store sales
• Clean and restock the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Knowledge of Resort Suite – training to be provided
• Basic math skills
• Possess a strong level of professionalism while at work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Approaches challenging guest interactions with calm presence, empathy, and thoughtful communication
• Previous Retail experience preferred

Physical Demands

• Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds
• Use of ladder and stepladder
• Reaching and bending
• Standing for long periods of time

Qualification Requirements

• High School Education
• 1 Year Retail Experience preferred
