SPA NAIL TECHNICIAN - CB - PART-TIME - VARIED SHIFT

Job Summary

Provide all phases of nail care including, but not limited to, pedicures, manicures, and artificial nails.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year licensed experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work weekends.

Essential Job Functions

• Advise guests and team members on foot and hand care.
• Provide analysis and consultation on nail shapes and colors.
• Sell and recommend retail products for nail and skin health.
• Work collaboratively with team members in a positive and professional manner.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and organized.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

• Provide exceptional quality of service.
• Have eye contact with all guests, speak in a pleasant tone, and maintain appropriate body language.
• Show knowledge and understanding of guest needs and exceed expectations.

Physical Demands

• Long periods of standing.
• Walking over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces.

Work Environment

• Frequent exposure to natural, organic, or chemically produced products.
• Moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions.
• Employees may be required to use protective clothing or gear.
• This is a 24-hour/7-day-a-week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
