Spa Front Desk- Sales Associate

About the Role

As a Sales & Customer Experience Representative (Experience Guide), you are the face of our boutique and a key driver of revenue. You’ll combine hospitality and sales skills to deliver an exceptional experience while driving performance in a beautiful, elevated, zen-inspired environment.

• Welcome guests and create a warm, elevated first impression
• Customize each guest’s massage experience
• Educate guests on enhancements, memberships, and retail products
• Confidently recommend memberships to support long-term wellness
• Book appointments and manage the front desk flow
• Handle checkout and ensure a seamless guest journey

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-level service to guests and team members
• Warmly greet and check in guests
• Actively drive membership, enhancement, retail, and gift card sales
• Educate guests on services and products
• Accurately book, edit, and cancel appointments
• Open and close the boutique following SOPs
• Resolve guest concerns professionally
• Maintain reception and guest areas to brand standards
• Collaborate with leadership to improve performance and innovation

Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable recommending products and closing sales
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented mindset
• Detail-focused and efficient

Qualifications

We’re seeking someone with proven sales experience who:

• Is naturally outgoing and confident
• Knows how to build rapport and guide conversations toward a sale
• Has experience in retail, membership sales, hospitality, or commission-based roles
• Enjoys working toward goals and being rewarded for performance
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Pay

• $14–$16 per hour
• 10% commission on retail sales
• Earn up to $260 per month ($3,120+ per year) in membership sales commission alone
• Unlimited earning potential — the more memberships and retail you sell, the more you make
