Spa Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and offer assistance and/or instruction in the use of the Spa.
  • Collect fees and accurately handle all cash, checks, credit card, gift certificates and comp transactions.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the spa facilities.
  • Unpack, stock and price all merchandise in the retail area as needed with the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Schedule spa and salon treatments.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures for the Spa.
  • All other duties assigned and required to help enhance the spa.

Requirements

  • One (1) year spa or retail experience.
  • Strong problem solving, decision making and consulting skills.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to review and comprehend all necessary documentation.
  • Ability to inspect and maintain areas for which responsible.
  • Ability to use the equipment associated with the position to include spa facilities and cash register.
  • Ability to move around work area effectively and efficiently.
  • This position is physical in nature and requires the ability to maneuver to assist guests in the proper use of equipment and to perform other job duties.
  • Ability to lift up to sixty pounds and push and pull up to one hundred pounds of towels, equipment, and supplies.

Pay

Starting Salary: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
