Responsibilities
- Greet guests and offer assistance and/or instruction in the use of the Spa.
- Collect fees and accurately handle all cash, checks, credit card, gift certificates and comp transactions.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the spa facilities.
- Unpack, stock and price all merchandise in the retail area as needed with the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Schedule spa and salon treatments.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures for the Spa.
- All other duties assigned and required to help enhance the spa.
Requirements
- One (1) year spa or retail experience.
- Strong problem solving, decision making and consulting skills.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to review and comprehend all necessary documentation.
- Ability to inspect and maintain areas for which responsible.
- Ability to use the equipment associated with the position to include spa facilities and cash register.
- Ability to move around work area effectively and efficiently.
- This position is physical in nature and requires the ability to maneuver to assist guests in the proper use of equipment and to perform other job duties.
- Ability to lift up to sixty pounds and push and pull up to one hundred pounds of towels, equipment, and supplies.

Pay
Starting Salary: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
