Spa Esthetician, Kindred

Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate, skilled, and guest-focused Esthetician to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new luxury property at Keystone Resort. This role involves providing exceptional skincare services, delivering personalized and results-driven treatments, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism within a luxury spa environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide facials to guests
• Provide waxing treatments to guests who may request such a treatment either ahead of the appointment or during the appointment
• Provide makeup applications to guests and bridal groups
• Be able to maintain a regular schedule
• Promote and sell appropriate skin care products
• Maintain all aspects of room and instrument sanitation
• Partakes in monthly events when required
• Works well within the spa team environment
• Able to conduct spa tours when necessary
• Prepares and maintains the products, supplies and equipment within the facial room
• Be comfortable to prescribe the appropriate treatments to a guest
• Keep facial rooms stocked and maintained during and after use
• Be upbeat and have fun!
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Must be board certified in the State of Colorado - required
• Must carry personal liability insurance
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be willing to make every guest visit and experience of a lifetime
• Must attend product knowledge training
• Must possess good organizational skills
• Must be able to work well within a team environment
• “Can-Do” attitude a must
• Must possess the skills required to use all equipment and products that are used within the esthetic department
• Must be proficient in all facets of proper skin care
• Must be able to address guest concerns with their skin
• Must be able to make recommendations to guest regarding skin requirements and products that should be used on a regular basis
• Must be able to perform a variety of waxing treatments
• Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest

Pay Range

The expected pay range is $0.01/hr - $25.01/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
